The project team have undertaken geophysical and topographic surveys in short seasons in November 2010 and September 2011. The aims of these surveys were to investigate the nature and extent of the sites and monuments known from cropmarks, provide complementary survey data to what was already known from aerial photography as well as investigation of their wider context and topographic location.
